On November 26th, 2013, President Pastor Emilio Assla (left) planted a flowering ash tree on behalf of the Bolivian Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was accompanied by Loyda Uri Mamani (right), a native Bolivian who was completing an internship at the LWF Center Wittenberg at the time.
