On October 21st, 2010, General Bishop Milos Klatik planted a honey locust tree on behalf of the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in the Slovak Republic.
On October 31st, 2010, the first “Reformation Tree” was planted in the yard of the Gründler House in Bartfeld as partner tree for the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Slovakia. All congregations are invited to take part in the Luthergarten project and plant their own tree, so that not just one, but many partner trees to remember the Reformation will be in Slovakia.
