Planting in the Luther Garden :

On March 31st, 2016, Mr. Kretschmer (left, next to the tree, with spade), the former head of the church council, and the new head of the church council, Ms. Schäfer (left, next to the tree, with watering can), along with former and new members of the church council and Pastor Jan-Christoph Wiborg (9th from left) planted a silver linden tree on behalf of the Evangelical Eberhard Congregation in Tübingen, Germany.

Planting the partner tree :

On November 1st, 2015, during the Reformation celebration, Pastor Harry Waßmann (front) planted a “Goldparmäne” apple tree between the Eberhardkirche and the Ugge Bärtle fountain. The “Goldparmäne” is one of the oldest apple varieties, probably originating around 1510 in Normandy.
