On January 6th, 2014, Church Council President of the Reformed Church of the Canton of Zurich, Michel Müller (center front, with the certificate of tree planting), planted a “Rote Sternrette” apple tree on behalf of his church. He was accompanied by church members.

Planting the partner tree :

On March 4th, 2016, on the occasion of a conference of the European delegates of the World Communion of Reformed Churches at the monastery in Kappel am Albis, Switzerland, the Church Council in Zurich planted a silver linden tree as partner tree for the Evangelical-Reformed Church of the Canton of Zurich.
