On July 16th, 2017, Mr. and Mrs. Schneider (left) and Mr. and Mrs. Liefer (right), together with other congregation members, planted a small leaved linden tree on behalf of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Red Bud, Illinois, USA.
On November 2nd, 2017, Megan Henry and Henry Sachtleben planted a red maple tree as partner tree on the grounds of St. John's Lutheran School. Pastor Mark Nebel led the prayer service in this ceremony, which was organized by School Director Ms. Deitt Schneider.
