On March 11th, 2012, during the 5th International Theological Seminar of the Lutheran world Federation, Pastor Abdou Thiam (pictured) planted a whitebeam tree on behalf of The Lutheran Church of Senegal. Two children from the Protestant Elementary School in Wittenberg are ready to help by watering the tree.
