On March 3rd, 2013, during the 7th International Theological Seminar of the Lutheran World Federation, Pastor Lois Martin (reading the selected Bible verse) planted a common ash tree on behalf of the Upper Susquehanna Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
