List of the 500 trees

In the area of the old ramparts of Wittenberg, the trees of the Luthergarten are planted at various locations.

All trees in the Luthergarten were planted at their ideal planting time. A liturgical celebration with the tree sponsors took place separately, with a symbolic shoveling of soil and watering of the tree. The “planting date” of trees 1-500 refers to this liturgical act.
